If you purchase a paid ClipSnap plan, charges will automatically recur based on your selected billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
13. Refund Policy
Because ClipSnap provides immediate access to digital tools upon purchase, we do not offer refunds except where required by law. Taxes, fees, or other duties imposed by authorities are your responsibility.
14. Account Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription through your ClipSnap account at any time. After cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the current billing cycle ends.
15. Intellectual Property
All the website content, platform designs, trademarks, logos, and underlying technologies of ClipSnap are owned or licensed by TransMedia Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. This ownership applies solely to the ClipSnap platform and its materials and does not extend to user-created outputs.
Any AI-generated images, designs, or other creative outputs created by users through ClipSnap are fully owned by those users and can be used, shared, and published freely for both personal and commercial purposes.
